1. Agreement

These terms apply when you download, access, or use Intercept. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Intercept does

Intercept helps you redirect urges into short actions and track your progress. The app is a self-help tool. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice.

Do not use Intercept as a replacement for professional care or emergency services. If you might harm yourself or another person, contact local emergency services now.

3. Local data

Your app data is stored on your device. Intercept does not provide an account, cloud backup, or data recovery service. You are responsible for keeping any device backup that you need. Resetting the app or deleting it can permanently remove local data.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

6. Availability and changes

The app can change, stop supporting a device, or stop offering a feature. The developer will not remove paid access without following applicable store rules and law.

7. Disclaimer

Intercept is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent allowed by law. No promise is made that the app will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss caused by use of the app. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain in effect.

9. Apple terms

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these terms conflict with Apple's required terms, Apple's required terms control.

10. Changes and contact
